Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat three 9 inch round cake pans with non-stick cooking spray and dust with flour. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, eggs, oil and water. Beat until smooth. Add the sweet potatoes, pineapple, and vanilla and beat to mix. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Measure all ingredients into a bowl and beat until smooth:
- 1 package white cream cheese
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups icing sugar
